Cancellation Policy
The Massage Beautique operates a cancellation policy, created due to a few customers who do not feel the need to tell us that they are not arriving for their appointments.
We understand that sometimes things happen last minute making you unable to keep your appointment and we will of course be understanding, however missed appointments costs our time and mean we lose money. Therefore we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If notification of your cancellation is not received at least 24 hours before your appointment we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment charged booked.
